A European-trained chef who speaks 4 languages, he has been working for the past 20 years in the Washington area. He held the position of Sous-Chef at Jean Pierre on K Street for 14 Years and at the Lion D'or for 4 years before becoming the Executive Chef at Old Angler's Inn in early 2001.
